If you want to make an apple pie from scratch, you must first create the universe
I've been baking like mad since I started my Wilton classes, and I have an abundance of cake pics that I have yet to post. Since I've already changed the format of this blog once, I decided to just set up a cake blog with my lovely sister-in-law, Sara. From now on I'll post any cakes worth a glance on that site. My ultimate goal is to open a bakery with Sara, so I figure this blog is one step in that direction. If you live in the Valpo area and know someone who needs a cake, we would appreciate any recommendations you could send our way. Our prices will be really cheap for awhile, since we are both getting acquainted with all of the decorating techniques. :) Anyway, I've set up a link on the side bar, so check it out!
