Some very life changing news on the topic of procreation....
After a polite proposition from the day care buck, Thumper, my own doe, Chadwick, has decided that she is ready to be a mother. We had a very serious discussion during which I told her about the difficulties of being a single mother and the social stigma attached to it, but she feels that she has a lot of love to give the world and would like to do it in the form of 4-12 kits. I am researching the process of rabbit breeding for her, since she isn't able to do it herself. (Her paws are useless for anything but gibberish; she's a mess on IM. Plus, I don't think she can even read.)
Thumper has asked if she wants to sleep over on Monday night. If she winds up knocked up, the babies could arrive as early as August 21st. I'm very conflicted over the whole ordeal. I guess I always assumed that she would wait until marriage, but I suppose she isn't really the commitment type. Neither is he for that matter. Oh well. I guess I'll just try to focus on the joy surrounding the creation of adorable new lives and try to forget about the fact that my innocent, sweet Chadwick is about to become a baby mama. Sigh. They grow up so fast. But I suppose it’s time to let her go....

Eh, she's got teeth. She can fend off the thumpin' if she wants to.
Plus, she won't have the responsibility of babies. After they're weaned, they'll get new homes, and she'll forget all about them.

Can I just say what a relief to find someone who actually knows what theyre talking about on the internet. You definitely know how to bring an issue to light and make it important. More people need to read this and understand this side of the story. I cant believe youre not more popular because you definitely have the gift.
